Navicast uses QuickTime as its main media technology. To be able to use Navicast (eZender or Channel) you will need to have QuickTime installed on your computer. QuickTime is available for both Windows and Macintosh computers as a free download. QuickTime supports a wide range of media types and formats, most of them are handled seamlessly by Navicast. Navicast will handle most popular formats such as DV, MPEG-4, M-JPEG, MOV, AVI, Flash, QTVR etc.
